This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our business, drive exceptional customer experiences, and contribute to the continued success of Mercedes-Benz in the UK.What you'll do:Financial Services Leadership: Drive the sale of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services products, ensuring regulatory compliance, best customer experience and outcomes generating finance volume, revenue, and portfolio growth.Network Strategy & Operations: Develop and lead the Mercedes-Benz Cars UK network representation strategies to guarantee customer satisfaction and ensure volume aspirations can be met. Manage Agents, ensuring adherence to standards.Vehicle Logistics: Oversee and develop logistical operations related to vehicle distribution and inventory management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Optimise operational processes to enhance overall efficiency and streamline the sales cycle.Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure oversight of all regulated activity within the Operations remit, reporting to Mercedes-Benz Financial Services through relevant committees. Uphold the highest ethical standards and ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.Sales Channels & Customer Engagement: Support direct sales to large leasing and rental companies and specialized sectors. Oversee lead generation activities for retail and fleet customers, including VIP schemes and online showroom initiatives.Programme & Contract Management: Administer Mercedes-Benz Financial Services funded employee and partner company car schemes. Oversee customer support and contract administration related to the sale of Service Contracts.What you'll bring:Proven senior leadership experience within the automotive industry, with a demonstrated track record of leading and inspiring large, high-performing teams.Extensive asset-based lending experience and a broad understanding of the financial services landscape in the UK market.Significant automotive retail/leasing experience.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong understanding of customer, agent, and market dynamics and requirements.Expertise in setting and driving clear organisational vision and objectives.Deep understanding of customer behaviour, agent networks, and market dynamics.Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-faceted programs and initiatives.Willingness to travel and collaborate across diverse global teams.Commitment to ongoing professional development.What’s in it for you?Behind our doors you’ll find a team of passionate individuals relentlessly driven by innovation, excellence, and commitment to creating exceptional experiences for our customers.
