Manage Agents, ensuring adherence to standards.Vehicle Logistics: Oversee and develop logistical operations related to vehicle distribution and inventory management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Optimise operational processes to enhance efficiency and streamline the sales cycle.Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure oversight of all regulated activity within the Operations remit, reporting to Mercedes-Benz Financial Services through relevant committees. Uphold the highest ethical standards and ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.Sales Channels & Customer Engagement: Support direct sales to large leasing and rental companies and specialized sectors. Oversee lead generation activities for retail and fleet customers, including VIP schemes and online showroom initiatives.Programme & Contract Management: Administer Mercedes-Benz Financial Services funded employee and partner company car schemes.
