Recruiting for an Operations Transformation Director for a PE backed B2B SaaS business in London. You will be a strategic and results-driven Operations & Transformation Director reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.

Permanent £140,000 base + opportunity to participate in equity plan London 2-3 days per week Reporting to Chief Operating Officer

Key Responsibilities: Lead operational improvement initiatives to drive process optimisation, process efficiencies and cost optimisation Own the operational strategy and transformation agenda Identify and execute process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile. Own the automation roadmap by collaborating with the global business units to implement intelligent automation Drive AI adoption, piloting and scaling AI use cases to solve operational challenges and enhance decision-making. Partner with senior leadership to redesign key business processes for scalability, customer satisfaction, and cost reduction. Build and lead cross-functional teams to execute change management, training, and adoption of new tools and workflows.
