Job Description Oracle Delivery Director Take the Lead in Oracle Cloud Transformation. We’re looking for an Oracle Delivery Director to drive forward our Public Sector Oracle Cloud (ERP, HCM, EPM) portfolio. This role offers real ownership, influence, and impact. Transform. Join Version 1 as our next Oracle Delivery Director. What You’ll Do As Oracle Delivery Director, you’ll own three key areas of responsibility:
Customer Delivery – End-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud programmes across ERP, HCM, and EPM; engage with senior stakeholders and Steering Groups; keep customers at the heart of delivery. Commercial Growth – Own and manage the P&L (portfolio typically £/€500k–£/€3m+); design propositions with commercial colleagues; shape major proposals. People Leadership – Lead and inspire a diverse delivery team across the UK, Ireland, and India; foster excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning; stay at the forefront of Oracle Cloud methodologies.
Qualifications We’re seeking leaders with a track record in Oracle delivery and transformation.
Proven experience overseeing multi-million-pound portfolios or programmes. Experience engaging at C-level and delivering transformational change in Finance and/or HR systems. Strong commercial acumen and experience managing P&L. Inspirational leadership capable of driving performance and delivering customer-focused solutions. Passion for customer success and ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on delivery.
