In this role, you will oversee spend optimization across channels to maximize ROI and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will lead and develop a high-performing team of three Paid Media specialists, setting clear goals, mentoring development, and fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement. You will leverage AI-driven tools and automation to streamline campaign workflows and accelerate insight generation. You will build robust measurement frameworks and dashboards to forecast performance and communicate results to leadership. You will partner closely with Growth Engineering, Analytics, Content, and Creative to align campaigns with product launches, pricing strategies, and broader marketing initiatives. If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply.ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the 360 paid media strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display to drive acquisition and revenue growth.Manage and optimize a combined budget of >$5 million annually, allocating spend dynamically across channels to maximize ROI.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three Paid Media experts, setting clear goals, conducting regular performance reviews, and fostering hands-on skill growth.Build and deploy AI-driven processes and creative optimization workflows to automate repetitive tasks and surface insights faster.Establish rigorous measurement frameworks and dashboards to track KPIs, forecast performance, and report to leadership.Partner cross-functionally with Growth Engineering, Analytics, Content, and Creative teams to align media campaigns with new product launches, pricing tests, and broader marketing initiatives.Identify, test, and scale emerging platforms and audience segments, running rapid A/B tests to discover untapped growth levers.Qualifications7+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with deep expertise across Search and Paid Social channels.Background in a STEM field.Proven track record managing multi-million annual media budgets and driving double-digit growth.Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools to automate processes, budget allocation, and creative optimization.Deep understanding of custom measurement models, attribution frameworks, and dashboards, with the ability to interpret insights and take clear actions.Demonstrated leadership in scaling and coaching a high-performing Paid Media team.Strategic mindset that translates data insights into clear media tactics and test plans.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and distill complex results into actionable recommendations.Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguity-friendly environments and adapts strategies based on real-time performance.Why DataCampJoining DataCamp means becoming part of a dynamic, creative, and international startup.
