Responsibilities

  • Shape strategy across a portfolio of high-spending ecommerce and retail accounts
  • Lead and mentor a team of paid media specialists, including at least one Team Lead
  • Champion long-term client growth and retention through integrated performance marketing
  • Collaborate with in-house creative and strategy teams to deliver market-leading campaigns
  • Play a key role in pitches, thought leadership, and industry events

Your Profile

  • Proven experience managing ecommerce or retail accounts spending £100k+ per month
  • Strategic expertise across both PPC and paid social, with hands-on depth in one channel
  • A commercially minded leader with strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams
  • Data-driven, confident presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Skilled at navigating complex conversations with confidence and empathy
