iProspect is a global digital-first end-to-end media agency enabling performance-driven brand building. The team supports brands such as Sonos, Cox, LG, Hilton, Levi’s, Budweiser, Microsoft, and Procter & Gamble with a network of more than 8,000 media and performance specialists in 93 global markets.

Role purpose

This role plays a pivotal part in the day-to-day management for one of our largest premium automotive clients. It serves as a key lead in delivering communications planning, supported by a Planning Manager, and is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end campaign process for our clients. This includes brand campaigns, product launches, seasonal initiatives, and tactical volume-driving campaigns. It also requires building and maintaining productive relationships with our clients’ partner agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the communications planning and day-to-day management of allocated brand, product and tactical campaigns by developing a deep understanding of the client’s business and brand.
  • Champion iProspect’s experimentation agenda and use the Media++ planning process to deliver effective and forward-looking communications plans alongside outstanding client service.
  • Ensure excellence in the end-to-end campaign process by working with strategists and cross-discipline teams to deliver high-standard work.
  • Model collaboration across specialist areas to develop pioneering solutions that accelerate the client’s business.
  • Maintain operational and financial accuracy, ensuring budgets and plans are well managed with timely POs and invoicing.
  • Directly manage the planning team (Planning Manager & Executive) and support their career development.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Extensive experience in developing and nurturing client relationships and leading planning across all media channels.
  • Experience planning across multiple markets.
  • Experience in both brand and performance advertising is desirable.
  • Practitioner experience in at least one performance media channel.
  • Familiar with ad technology, planning tools, and channel nuances.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Desire to continuously improve and willingness to experiment and innovate to drive future success.
