We are working exclusively with a 10+ years old, founder-led communications agency specialising in the world of chefs, restaurants, and food brands - and we're looking for a talented and strategic Account Director to lead across a portfolio of exciting, high-profile hospitality clients.

The Role

You'll take the lead across 12 diverse and dynamic food & hospitality clients, managing a small team while ensuring campaigns land with impact and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a portfolio of 12 hospitality/F&B clients (chefs, restaurants, and food brands) Act as strategic partner and day-to-day contact for senior clients Line manage and mentor a talented Account Manager and Account Executive Lead on campaign planning, media strategy, storytelling and delivery Maintain high standards of client service, reporting, and relationship management Oversee budgets, timings, and outputs with a commercial mindset Support and mentor junior team members in developing their skills and progression Collaborate with the SLT on agency growth and new business Help shape the future of the agency with opportunities for promotion to Associate Director, Director, and even Partner level
