OverviewWe have a fantastic opportunity for an established Pre-Construction Director to join our Advanced Manufacturing Construction team on a national basis with a hub based in our Sunderland office.As a Senior Business Lead in Wates Construction, this role comes at a perfect time, where the successful candidate can take full accountability to shape, grow and develop the pre-construction strategy with the support of the newly formed leadership team. As a work winning pre-construction specialist, we require someone who can embrace the Wates Pre-Construction Transformation Programme from pre bid through to the successful conversion of the second stage. The successful candidate will align with the business plan as well as ensuring governance and process compliance to enable the business unit to achieve the sales budget. There is also a requirement to support business development activity to ensure future pipeline and actively participate in external networking.
