The vacancy is for an established Pre-Construction Director to join our Advanced Manufacturing Construction team on a national basis with a hub based in our Sunderland office.As a Senior Business Lead in Wates Construction, this role supports shaping, growing and developing the pre-construction strategy with the support of the leadership team. It is a work-winning pre-construction specialist role that participates in the Wates Pre-Construction Transformation Programme from pre-bid through to the second-stage conversion. The role aligns with the business plan and governance to enable the business unit to achieve sales budget and supports business development activity to grow the future pipeline and engage in external networking.
