The Shore Group have partnered with a fast-growing, Design & Build Office Fit-Out Contractor to identify and appoint a high-calibre Project Director to join their growth and working winning team. This is a highly client-centric position, empowering you to lead every stage of the project journey.
Working closely with pre-construction, design, and business development teams, the successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial brief to project handover.
This is an ideal opportunity for business development professionals ready to take on greater leadership and full ownership of client relationships across the entire project lifecycle.

Due to the nature of the position, you will ideally match the following:
Experience within a leading D&B environment, focused on commercial office fit-out Experience engaging with C-suite stakeholders and translating business needs into deliverable design briefs Proven ability to develop new client relationships and manage existing accounts to foster repeat business A strong personal track record of securing and delivering projects with a combined annual value of £5m+...
