Job Description
We have exciting opportunities for Project Directors to join our expanding team. Following significant growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, we are looking for high calibre leaders to support our clients deliver a wide range of high-profile projects across Infrastructure, to be a leader in the industry, directly contribute to the growth of the business, and help mentor and develop the future generation of Project Managers. As a member of our growing team, you would be working to help us make a difference with our clients in delivering a diverse range of highly complex projects and programmes. You would be based in our London office and likely spend your time with colleagues and client teams based across London and the South-East region. Dependant on client requirements, the majority of our roles support a hybrid working pattern. Responsibilities
Project Directors lead business initiatives and delivery, at all lifecycle stages, across public and private sectors, managing multi‑discipline teams and safeguarding stakeholder expectations through leadership, strategy, and performance.
Qualifications
- Significant experience managing multiple disciplines / teams / advisors / clients on high value / complex / politically challenging infrastructure projects/programmes across the lifecycle, ideally across sectors and clients.
- Exceptional leadership skills, capable of setting high standards and managing performance against these, utilising people and resources efficiently to meet and exceed stakeholder expectations.
- Leads, sets commission strategies, and is accountable for the health, safety, and wellbeing of those within your sphere of responsibility.
- Shape the future vision and direction of the business and commissions, driving innovation and sustainability in parallel.
- Continuous improvement and transformation of our offering, encouraging leaders to take calculated risks.
- Promoter of inclusive teamwork, building and fostering trust with empathy, and a ‘one business’ collaboration mindset.
- Foster client and industry partnerships, learning from trends and applying them.
- Influence to bring our purpose and vision to life, expanding impact and inspiring others.

Beneficial Experience
- Experience of complex and multiple forms of procurement and managing NEC / other form contracts.
- Experience of managing contractors, consultants and other advisors on infrastructure projects and programmes in differing environments, ideally multiple sectors.
- Experience of highly regulated environments.
- Experience of consultancy and/or client-side project management.
- Familiarity with public sector organisations, non‑departmental or arm’s length bodies relevant to infrastructure.
- Familiarity with sustainability and application to projects / programmes.
