You will:

Lead multi-method qualitative projects (focus groups, depths, ethnos, online comms, co-creation, more).

Work directly with clients – guiding them strategically and shaping insight into action.

Mentor junior team members and bring your voice to the table on everything from proposals to culture.

The ideal candidate will have:
