A great Client of ours at Cyan Partners, a top 20 international law firm who are going from strength to strength each financial year, are seeking to make a Legal Director level hire into their growing and consistently highly ranked Real Estate Finance team.Key Details on the Role:You'll be advising on the lender side for major banks, debt funds, insurers and other financial institutionsYou'll also be advising on the borrower side for investors, developers, blue chip property companies and family offices on domestic and cross-border real estate finance transactionsYou'll have extensive experience (ideally close to a decade or more) of working on real estate finance transactions predominantly in the following sectors: hospitality, logistics, offices and retail.You'll have profound technical knowledge of the legal framework surrounding general finance transactions alongside strong document drafting skillsYou'll have excellent client relationship skills and be an effective communicator in order to not only enhance existing relationships but also establish new ones via business development.
