Job Title: Senior Associate / Legal Director – Real Estate Litigation Location: Birmingham City Centre Salary: £80,000 – £106,000 (DOE)

The firm is seeking an experienced Principal Associate or Legal Director to join its market-leading Property Litigation team based in Birmingham city centre.

The Role

As part of one of the UK’s most respected practices in this field, you will advise high-profile clients across sectors including retail, leisure, development, and the public sector , handling a diverse range of complex disputes.

You will: Lead on significant property litigation matters including landlord and tenant disputes, investment and development-related litigation, and specialist areas such as dilapidations, party wall and boundary disputes.
