Location: Camden, London - Hybrid working Salary: From £100,044 to £125,055 per annum + £5,000 car allowance (in exceptional circumstances we would consider a salary of up to 10% above the top of the advertised range)

We're seeking an experienced and inspiring Regional Director of Development to join our fast-growing Development team in the South.
Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, you'll be accountable for the Development Management team, leading on the development of residential lead and mixed-use schemes. You will be managing a high-performing regional team across a wide range of projects from land led sites through to large regeneration projects and joint ventures.
You will lead the team to ensure the successful delivery of the pre-construction phase of the development, including the; project vision, design, town planning, and place creation aspects of complex projects.
