Key Role Responsibilities : Own and drive regional revenue and gross profit performance across your client portfolio. Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Managers, ensuring strong delivery against KPIs. Develop strategic growth plans for key accounts, identifying whitespace opportunities for service expansion. Support high-value client engagements and ensure proposals are commercially structured for profitability. Act as a senior point of contact for strategic relationships, attending key meetings and influencing decisions. Maintain accurate team pipelines, ensuring sales discipline, qualification, and progress through the sales cycle. Provide reliable forecasts and performance reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer.
