Our client is looking for a sales professional to help with there exciting growth plans. This business has invested in all business-critical areas to ensure the right candidate has all the support to achieve the business objectives.

What are the looking for:

* Demonstrable experience in scaling a sales team from ~20 to 100+, ideally transforming a small or early-stage operation into a structured, high-performing SME sales function.

* Strong track record of building teams through clear structure, process, and accountability while maintaining agility.

* Ability to create and sustain a winning, positive, and high-energy culture that motivates every level of the team.

* Passionate about people development, team morale, and reward-driven performance.

* Skilled at upskilling existing managers, coaching them to achieve next-level performance.

* Confident decision maker.

* Focused on lead conversion, sales funnel efficiency, data-led decision-making, and accountability.

* Familiar with CRM optimisation, call structure, and performance dashboards.

Ideal experience:

Ideally has experience in B2B subscription or recurring revenue models, supporting new income streams alongside B2C sales.

Understands how to integrate value-add products

Ability to identify and commercialise new cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Team management and P&L reporting

Previous position as Sales Director, Head of Sales or Senior Sales Manager

Sales Director | South Manchester | £100,000 plus OTE
