What Youll Be Doing

Responsibilities

  • Lead solution-based sales by deeply understanding client needs and aligning our capabilities to deliver real value.
  • Own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, using data-driven insights and CRM tools to forecast accurately and report progress.
  • Negotiate and influence key decision-makers, ensuring deals are structured for long-term success.
  • Champion innovation by introducing new software products and collaborating across teams to bring fresh solutions to market.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by researching industry trends and market shifts to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing to shape go-to-market strategies and uncover new growth areas.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain high standards of professionalism.

What Youll Bring

  • A proven track record in selling SaaS, software, or IT solutions, or experience selling into the insurance ecosystem including property insurance, claims, restoration, building repair, insurers, brokers, or MGAs.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of client value chains.
  • Experience in business planning and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
