We are recruiting for a leading organisation seeking a Sales Director to drive its commercial strategy across the UK and support future international growth. This is a senior leadership position with significant autonomy and the opportunity to influence the long-term direction of the business.

Define and implement the UK sales strategy to meet business objectives

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities

Strengthen sales processes, account management, and customer engagement

Manage key strategic accounts to ensure growth and retention

Collaborate with senior leadership to shape overall business strategy

Develop plans for expansion into European and Middle Eastern markets

Proven track record in leading and delivering successful sales strategies

Strong leadership experience, capable of inspiring and developing teams

Demonstrated success in new business development and key account management

Commercially astute with a clear understanding of pricing, margin, and profitability

Skilled in implementing structured sales processes and performance management

Confident communicator, able to engage with senior stakeholders and partners

Experience within a technical or complex product/service environment is advantageous

Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating with autonomy
