Base pay range

A long-established designer of luxury sporting goods is seeking a Sales Director to lead their commercial function. With a reputation for creating bespoke, high-quality products, our client has earned the trust of some of the most prestigious names in the sporting industry. Their highly acclaimed customer base is testament to their craftsmanship and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by driving new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing clients. This is a leadership role requiring both strategic oversight and hands-on business development, with an emphasis on expanding market reach.

This is a hybrid role for candidates commutable to their London office.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the sales function, setting and achieving ambitious revenue targets
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with professional sports clubs, teams, and key partners
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the sporting sector
  • Represent the company at industry events and high-profile engagements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of tailored, client-focused solutions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and decision-making

The Successful Candidate

  • 3+ years of senior sales management / leadership experience
  • Must have sold to professional sporting teams, clubs, or institutions
  • Proven track record of high value B2B or B2C sales
  • Experience selling luxury goods is advantageous
  • Commutable to London three days per week
  • Basic salary: up to £120,000
  • OTE: +30-40%
