Key Responsibilities:
The growth and development of existing accounts; keeping our clients aware of industry changes. A confident communicator, you will become a trusted advisor to your brands.
Leading the full response to a brief including creative, delivery, measurement and financial deliverables.
Team leader responsible for the development of individuals within the team and fostering the culture of the agency.
Finance forecasting, budget management, maintaining profitability and negotiating - quite a lot of negotiating.
Skill set:
Enthusiasm for the category; we talk about the drinks industry a lot.
Strong track record of managing and inspiring a growing team.
Client orientation; the ability to see how our campaigns fit within their wider strategy.
An eye for detail, we operate in a high trust environment.
An interest in the effectiveness of creativity. We don't want to know if you like a campaign or not; we want to know why you think it works or doesn't.
Can work proactively, and independently and as part of a team.
