We’re Hiring: Senior Account Director – Healthcare & Lifesciences Marketing

Location: London | Type: Full-time | Role: CL7 (Manager)


ConcentricLife, part of Accenture Song, is a full-service health and wellness advertising agency with deep expertise across healthcare, rare disease, and wellness. Our mission is to create brands that live at the center of the human health experience—and we’re looking for a strategic, team-oriented Senior Account Director to help lead the charge.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with strong marketing campaign experience, especially in healthcare and life sciences. This is not about consumer health brands. We need someone who understands the regulatory complexities of prescription medicines and the strategic challenges that come with them.

You’ll be:

  • Leading client relationships with autonomy and confidence
  • Guiding and mentoring junior team members
  • Delivering impactful, multi-channel campaigns (launch experience a plus)
  • Collaborating across departments to drive business growth
  • Bringing a clear, strategic point of view to every conversation

Important: We’re not looking for someone from a Medical PR agency background. We want someone who has delivered campaigns, not just communications.

What You Bring

  • Years of experience in account/client services within healthcare advertising
  • Experience managing teams and mentoring talent
  • Proven success in campaign delivery and client growth
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A passion for elevating healthcare marketing
  • Experience with launch campaigns is beneficial but not essential
