Summary of Role The Marketing Executive will drive the brand and strategy in collaboration with a range of stakeholders, tailoring messaging and developing marketing campaigns and activity.
Key Areas of Responsibilities: Implement marketing and communicate strategies for Complete Fertility in conjunction with the Clinic Director. Work within set marketing budgets set, in conjunction with the Clinic Director. Oversee all contractors relating to marketing and communication. Oversee marketing and communication contracts and agreements with the support of the Clinic Director. Manage campaigns ensuring teams are operationally ready and informed of planned marketing activity well in advance. Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and other relevant material. Weekly update meetings with Clinic Director on activity. Monthly updates prepared for SMT on ongoing marketing & communication operations. Oversee the management and generation of marketing reports Oversee Website maintenance. Oversee accurate, valuable, and engaging content for the Complete Fertility website, twitter, Facebook, and blog that attracts and converts our target groups. Communicate with SMT on website content – updates. Ensure that all marketing materials are produced and deployed in compliance with the Advertising Standards Authority. Coordinate with media buying agency/ensuring bookings are made. Produce regular insights into customer experience. Coordinate/organise/instigate market research activities. Oversee production of both marketing and wider business print materials Oversee the organisation and coordination the production of webinars. Support internal projects such as pricing reviews or business development opportunities. Co-ordinate output of staff communication material and events. Any other reasonable tasks related to Marketing & Communications as directed.
Key Competencies Ability to develop and coordinate market strategies. Commercial awareness Strong IT skills, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) Comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets. Knowledgeable of and adherence to Advertising Standards Authority. Knowledge of Event Management Experience in use of multiple social media channels/ platforms for B2C marketing campaigns Ability to engage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders (agencies) Ability to react quickly to market events (may require weekend response) Understanding of basic CMS systems Attention to detail – brand guardian for the company. Proofing – advertising/web content Copy writing – some web content Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement Educational – Degree qualified Professional Experience A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing role where demonstrate worked independently. Languages: Fluency in English language – Advanced level - written and verbal. Excellent -demonstrable communication and presentation skills
Desirable Criteria: Experience : Healthcare experience preferable but not essential Experience: Digital Marketing experience an advantage
Terms and Conditions of Employment Hybrid Working: At least 3 days onsite will be required with hybrid working available following initial onboarding. Working Hours Weekly - 37.5 hours - between the core hours of 8:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend working where necessary.
