Senior Project Manager / Project Director

£120,000 - £140,000 (Depending on Experience), London, Permanent, Start December 2025

A principal contractor, with a growing reputation for excellence, are now looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager / Project Director as part of their long term strategy.

From new build to refurbishment within commercial or residential sector, they have demonstrated a varied portfolio with often structurally and logistically complex schemes in London. With up and coming projects ranging between £20m - £70m, they will have some exciting opportunities within the business.

This position will suit a Senior Project Manager or Project Director in your current role.

Responsibilities

• High level management
• Direction of the project management team
• All the financial aspects of the project including comprehensive reporting to the Board
• Development of lower tier managers

Key Attributes

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in a Project Director or Senior Project Manager role with a £100m - £250m principal contractor
• Able to demonstrate shared value of the business
• Proven experience of delivery from start to completion
• Previous prime hotels and/or prime residential experience would be an advantage
• Conversant with either Asta or Microsoft Project
• Client-facing & Professional
