Today, we are over 1,300 people strong with Clubs across the UK, Europe, and the USA—and plans for global expansion.Join us and help fulfil our mission to close the world's digital skills gap.The Role: Solution Director – SnowflakeAs Technical Solution Director in the central Practice Area team you are expected to develop and drive the growth of our Data business, specifically aligned with Snowflake. As Europe’s fastest growing Snowflake partner, we recently became Premier level partners, and we have big ambitions for this role and for AND's partnership with Snowflake. Using your experience and relationships with Snowflake, you’ll develop our Go to Market strategy and deliver through AND's unique club model. You’ll lead on the inception of solutions, engage with senior clients, and lead the growth of internal capability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead our propositions and Practice Area IPOwn, manage and evolve our proposition in the areas of Snowflake solutionsOwn the technical alliance relationships with Snowflake, positioning AND as a key consulting and delivery partnerBe a leader within the Data Practice Area community at AND, driving quality and consistency in delivery, growing talent and capabilityDevelop and promote thought leadership that positions our brand in the market and engages the broader data communityDevelop training pathways and collateral to grow internal capability, supporting ANDis with mentorship and coachingAct as high-level trusted advisor for equivalent C-suite in area of expertise (CPO/CTO/CDO)Nurture client relationships to understand business needs and challengesBring the best of the Snowflake solution set to clients, linking development to outcomesSolution Design: elicit business requirements into robust solutions and provide a vision leading to the best outcomesDevelop business case for the client that supports the buying processGuide and mentor AND teams, providing senior oversight for solution deliveryIdentify opportunities and lead deal development; drive opportunity identification across the global businessPrioritise efforts to ensure right commercial outcomes for ANDPartner with Client Partnership teams and clubs in deal development and pursuit; educate and upskill themAchieve a sales target with revenue attribution (target around £2m+)Be a driving force for opportunity pursuit within the central practice teamsBe senior steering and escalation point for delivery to ensure high quality outcomesProvide vision, inspiration and motivation across the Data practice areaSkills & Experience For The RoleDeep & Broad Technical Expertise: Snowflake proficiency; knowledge across data warehousing to AI toolingStrategic Thinking & Vision: Connect data and technology capabilities to business strategy; develop long-term roadmapsProblem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Dissect problems, evaluate options, design effective solutionsCommunication & Presentation Skills: Articulate complex ideas to diverse audiencesLeadership & Influence: Lead teams, influence decisions, drive changeCommercial Acumen: Strong commercial awareness and opportunity identificationAdaptability & Learning: Continuous learner, comfortable with ambiguityKey Performance Metrics For This RoleBusiness growth through proposition successGrow Snowflake at ANDProposition development and market engagementTechnical excellence and solution qualitySolution integrity and outcomes for clientsDeep expertise and high-quality solution designsRole sits within central practice teams (not a BU)Seniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionIndustries: IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
