Nurture high-impact partnerships with fast-growing startups and established corporates, unlocking new opportunities across the payments landscape. Be the motivator for change - identify inefficiencies, propose smart solutions, and lead their execution to elevate field performance. Take ownership of high-value clients with tailored financial products, ensuring their evolving needs are met with precision and care. Influence the evolution of finance through the evaluation and improvement of advanced products, providing guidance and mentorship to the team. Build a culture of excellence through structured development and informal coaching, helping colleagues thrive across the organisation. Spearhead business improvement initiatives and performance strategies that drive transformation and measurable impact.

Validated business development and sales experience in the payments industry Shown success in leading and developing customer relationships Expertise in financial product development and operational improvement Strong industry payments knowledge and proven ability to leverage market developments to benefit clients Excellent risk management and prioritisation abilities A track record of efficiently implementing business practice improvements
