Key Accountabilities
- Nurture high-impact partnerships with fast-growing startups and established corporates, unlocking new opportunities across the payments landscape.
- Be the motivator for change - identify inefficiencies, propose smart solutions, and lead their execution to elevate field performance.
- Take ownership of high-value clients with tailored financial products, ensuring their evolving needs are met with precision and care.
- Influence the evolution of finance through the evaluation and improvement of advanced products, providing guidance and mentorship to the team.
- Build a culture of excellence through structured development and informal coaching, helping colleagues thrive across the organisation.
- Spearhead business improvement initiatives and performance strategies that drive transformation and measurable impact.

What We Need From You
- Validated business development and sales experience in the payments industry
- Shown success in leading and developing customer relationships
- Expertise in financial product development and operational improvement
- Strong industry payments knowledge and proven ability to leverage market developments to benefit clients
- Excellent risk management and prioritisation abilities
- A track record of efficiently implementing business practice improvements
