Key Accountabilities

  • Nurture high-impact partnerships with fast-growing startups and established corporates, unlocking new opportunities across the payments landscape.
  • Be the motivator for change - identify inefficiencies, propose smart solutions, and lead their execution to elevate field performance.
  • Take ownership of high-value clients with tailored financial products, ensuring their evolving needs are met with precision and care.
  • Influence the evolution of finance through the evaluation and improvement of advanced products, providing guidance and mentorship to the team.
  • Build a culture of excellence through structured development and informal coaching, helping colleagues thrive across the organisation.

What We Need From You

  • Validated business development and sales experience in the payments industry
  • Shown success in leading and developing customer relationships
  • Expertise in financial product development and operational improvement
  • Strong industry payments knowledge and proven ability to leverage market developments to benefit clients
  • Excellent risk management and prioritisation abilities
  • A track record of efficiently implementing business practice improvements
