Zearch are working with leading PE Backed, Data & Services company that are hiring for a Sr. Director of Sales to lead EMEA & APAC, reporting directly into the SVP Global Sales.

Are you a proven sales leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and driving growth across global markets? This is an exciting opportunity to shape international strategy and make a real impact with some of the world’s largest enterprises.

As Senior Director, you’ll take ownership of international sales strategy and execution. You’ll lead a talented team, partner with cross-functional experts, and engage directly with C-level IT executives to help them navigate digital transformation with confidence.

What you’ll do

  • Build, coach, and inspire a world-class international sales team
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new business and client growth
  • Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, and senior IT leaders
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Research to align on trends and client needs
  • Drive accountability, performance, and continuous learning across the team
  • Use insights and metrics to forecast, optimise, and report on sales performance

What we’re looking for

  • 10+ years in enterprise solution selling, with 5+ years leading sales teams
  • A track record of scaling teams and exceeding ambitious revenue targets
  • Experience selling into large, complex enterprises and engaging C-level IT buyers
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
  • Tech-savvy, collaborative, and entrepreneurial by nature
