Based on site, full-time in London. The Store Director will oversee the entire boutique operation, leading a team of professionals to deliver an outstanding client experience.

The Role

Lead and inspire the boutique team to achieve sales targets and deliver world-class service. Develop and implement business strategies to maximise store performance and profitability. Maintain the highest standards of client experience, ensuring consistency with brand values. Drive client acquisition and retention through exceptional service and relationship management. Oversee visual merchandising and ensure compliance with global brand guidelines. Manage all aspects of boutique operations including stock control, reporting, and compliance. Partner closely with senior leadership on strategy, forecasting, and performance analysis. Represent the boutique at VIP events, client activations, and brand initiatives.
