Responsibilities

• Be the strategic lead for the development of the Housing Strategy and lead the development of housing, environment, and healthy communities services.
• Provide integrated, modern, customer-focused services that meet the needs of Gateshead and our communities.
• Lead and manage a large, diverse and dispersed workforce to deliver the Thrive agenda, maximise productivity, improve collaboration and drive culture change.

Qualifications and requirements

• Experience in strategic leadership and service transformation in housing, environment or related sectors.
