As our Strategic Director you will be a key corporate leader across the organisation and the strategic lead for the development of the Housing Strategy. You will lead the development of our housing, environment, and healthy community services, providing integrated, modern, customer-focused services that meet the needs of Gateshead and our communities. Your leadership of our large, diverse and dispersed workforce will help us to deliver our Thrive agenda, maximise productivity, improve collaboration and drive culture change.
