Reward Director

Salary up to £180k + bonus

Catalyst Partners are partnering with a dynamic, international, PE-backed organisation that’s hiring their first Senior Reward professional.

This is a permanent role with a rare opportunity to build and shape the Reward strategy and framework from the ground up - a greenfield project with long-term impact.

Essentials to be considered for the role:

✅ Experience in a consulting environment

✅ Expertise in post-M&A reward harmonisation

✅ Experience forming reward strategy, implementing job architecture and frameworks

✅ Confidence to lead and educate senior leadership on Reward matters

✅ The ability to be in the London (or other European office) 3 days a week, with willingness to travel when necessary
