We are looking in our company for a Director to lead the Tansport Division UK based in London. This role plays a key role in combining strategy, technical expertise, leadership and business vision, ensuring the companys growth and positioning in the transportation and infrastructure sector.

Your mission:
Define and execute the strategy of the Transport Division in the UK. Lead and motivate technical and management teams. Control budgets and analyze project profitability. Ensure that project are delivered on time, within budget and meet quality standars. Manage budget, resources and schedules. Stakeholder and Client Relation: Maintain relationships with clients and international stakeholders.
What you bring:
Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 10 years of Transport experience , including 7+ years as project manager and/or design lead/ business developer strategy lead. Experience in managing on-site teams, working in multicultural environments, and strong coordination, communication, an problem-solving skills will also be highly valued. Track record in international projects (essential). Willingness to travel.
