They’re a UK-wide property consultancy covering capital markets, planning, business rates, property management, and landlord and tenant, but valuation has always been seen as the jewel in the crown. Due to internal promotions, they’re now looking for an Associate Director-level valuer to work on loan security-focused residential and commercial valuations.Based in their West End, London office, this high-performing team handles a diverse range of valuation instructions across Central London and the South East, working with many of the leading high street and challenger banks. The UK team is around 30 strong, with about half based in London. They pride themselves on creating an inclusive environment where people can thrive, and they operate a highly flexible, hybrid working model.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?A large part of this role involves providing valuation advice to clients for loan security, accounts, and other purposes including tax, acquisitions, disposals, and financial reporting, with a solid mix of commercial and residential work. You’ll be working with a diverse client base that will keep you busy and engaged.
