Job Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a VP or Director in ABS Origination, specializing in Mid Market Loans, at a European Corporate & Investment Bank in London.

• Front Office role collaborating directly with Relationship Managers and clients to originate and structure private securitisation transactions.
• Focus on securitisation transactions with fund/asset manager clients across various asset classes, with a particular emphasis on mid-market loans.
• Lead discussions with fund/asset manager clients on securitisation transactions and the origination of new mandates.
• Take full responsibility for structuring, negotiating, and executing transactions.
• Manage existing transactions, including amendments, increases, and renewals, maintaining ongoing dialogue with clients.

The Successful Candidate

We seek a candidate with the following qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent.
• Over 8 years of securitisation experience, including expertise in mid-market loans and working with fund/asset manager clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
