Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a VP or Director in ABS Origination - Mid Market Loans at a European Corporate & Investment Bank in London.

The role includes:

• Working directly with Relationship Managers and clients in a Front Office capacity to originate and structure private securitisation transactions.
• Focusing on securitisation transactions with fund/asset manager clients across multiple asset classes, especially mid-market loans.
• Leading dialogue with fund/asset manager clients on securitisation transactions and originating new mandates.
• Taking full responsibility for structuring, negotiating, and executing transactions.
• Managing existing transactions (amendments, increases, renewals) and maintaining ongoing client communication.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

• A university degree or equivalent.
• Over 8 years of securitisation experience, including asset class experience in mid-market loans and working with fund/asset manager clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
