Associate Director of Estates Strategy and Capital ProgrammeJob Overview: The Associate Director of Estates Strategy and Capital Programme is responsible for the design and delivery of the estate strategy, space development across Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust, commercial development assurance, governance processes to ensure a safe and effective environment, and the delivery of the capital programme.
