Key Responsibilities

  • Selling intive software development and consulting services
  • Delivering persuasive pitches to clients and managing relationships well
  • Building a strong position within client organizations
  • Strategic advancement of client relations, ensuring high customer satisfaction, retention, and identification of upselling opportunities
  • Guiding and supporting team members in day‑to‑day communication with clients
  • Making decisions and maintaining active dialogue with clients
  • Identifying and developing new opportunities to generate new leads through networking, events, cold‑calling, and other lead generation methods

Key Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years of international sales experience preferably in the software / consulting services industry within verticals like retail, e‑commerce, health, logistics, travel, new tech
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quota
  • Experience in selling both in UK & Ireland
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in IT industry
  • Technical or business‑related know‑how
  • Acting independently
  • Business fluent in English
  • Consultative approach to selling, through disarming attitude, empathetic mindset and value‑adding solutions
  • Proven ability to independently build a large pipeline of leads
  • Availability for frequent business travel
