The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll:

Research and target prospects across multiple sectors.

Run smart, multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone).

*

Book high-quality meetings for senior sales managers.

*

Qualify leads, maintain clean CRM data, and track outcomes.

*

Work closely with marketing and senior sales leaders to build campaigns and improve messaging.

What’s In It For You as a Business Development Executive

Base: £24,000 – £28,000 (DOE)

Commission: Uncapped, 5% on deals you originate

OTE: £50k year one, £80k year two
