Join us as Deputy Group Director of Estates and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our college’s built environment. This is a strategic, cross-college position responsible for leading high-performing estates teams, overseeing facilities management, and delivering capital and maintenance programmes that support teaching, learning, and student experience. Based across multiple campuses, this in-person role requires regular travel across the College Group to ensure consistent service delivery, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic development and continuous improvement of the College’s Estates service across all campuses. Manage hard and soft facilities services, including cleaning contracts and internal service operations. Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations including health & safety, fire safety, asbestos, legionella, and building services legislation.
