We are seeking a strategic and experienced estates professional to join New City College as our Deputy Group Director of Estates. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for ensuring our multi-campus estate is safe, sustainable, and fit for purpose—supporting high-quality teaching, learning, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead capital works, refurbishment, and maintenance programmes. Manage hard and soft facilities management services across the group. Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire, asbestos, legionella, and other statutory requirements. Oversee procurement, contractor performance, and budget management. Support the development and implementation of the College’s Estates Strategy. Drive sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives. Lead cross-campus teams and promote consistency of service delivery.
