Your Future Duties And Responsibilities In this role, you will have end-to-end accountability for delivering complex service contracts, ensuring our clients achieve the outcomes that matter most. You will lead with influence, shaping strategic client relationships at the highest levels while driving operational excellence across IT and service management. By combining your commercial acumen with a people-first approach, you will inspire teams, nurture talent, and create the conditions for sustainable growth. As part of CGI’s senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the account direction, ensuring services are delivered with rigour while identifying opportunities to evolve and expand our client partnerships. You will act as the service governance lead, ensuring quality, compliance, and innovation remain at the heart of every engagement. Key Responsibilities
Inspire, mentor, and develop teams, fostering expertise aligned to evolving market needs. Lead and own all aspects of service delivery, including contract performance and reporting. Manage client relationships at senior levels, building trust and long‑term partnerships. Drive financial and operational performance, ensuring delivery of business outcomes. Govern end‑to‑end ITIL‑aligned service functions and sign off on new project work. Identify and secure new opportunities, expanding services through strong commercial insight.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role To succeed in this role, you will bring proven experience of leading major infrastructure programmes, ideally within highly regulated environments. You should demonstrate strong commercial judgement, exceptional relationship‑building skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate senior stakeholders and diverse teams alike. You Should Have
A demonstrable track record in delivering large‑scale IT and service programmes. Strong experience managing complex service contracts and governance. Proven ability to build and sustain trusted senior client relationships. Commercial acumen with experience driving revenue, growth, and profitability. Leadership skills to develop and inspire teams in dynamic environments. Knowledge of ITIL service management functions and best practice. Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC level).
