This is a pivotal role, providing financial leadership, driving process improvements, and enabling the organisation to deliver its mission. The Role Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead the Finance team and oversee all core financial operations. This includes financial planning, reporting, controls, and compliance, while driving efficiency and enabling informed decision-making across the organisation. You will play a key role in embedding robust FP&A processes, strengthening financial governance, and supporting change programmes that improve financial outcomes.
