Director of Fundraising Every two hours, someone is paralysed by a spinal cord injury in the UK. Our client is a national charity supporting people with spinal cord injuries to live independent, fulfilled lives. They work alongside spinally injured people from the moment of injury, through rehabilitation and beyond, creating opportunity, choice and independence. They receive very limited statutory funding, therefore almost everything they do is powered by the generosity of their supporters. That’s why fundraising is at the heart of their mission. Every pound raised changes lives: providing accessible housing, adaptive technology, specialist advice, and innovative rehabilitation support that helps people achieve their full potential. This is a pivotal leadership role at an exciting moment in their journey. They are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Fundraising to lead, grow, and transform their income-generation strategy. You’ll bring creativity, commercial acumen, and passion for their cause — shaping a sustainable, multi-channel fundraising portfolio that delivers significant growth over the next five years.
