Job Title: Pre-Construction Director – South West / South London Location: South/ South West London (Hybrid with client site visits) Salary: £125,000 – £175,000 base + up to 50% bonus

The Role We are seeking a commercially astute, client-facing Pre-Construction Director to lead front-end engagement across projects in London. You will play a pivotal role in shaping proposals, managing pitches, and steering pre-construction activity to secure and convert business opportunities.
