Director - Talent Network Specialist (Private Equity Experience Required)

Our client, a leading private equity firm is seeking a Director-level Talent Network Specialist with significant experience in C-suite and board-level recruitment, including CEOs and Non-Executive Directors, and a proven background working with private equity–backed companies.
This is a high-impact position where the successful candidate will work closely with portfolio businesses to identify leadership gaps, secure top executive hires, and support organisational growth across a range of sectors.
Location & Work Pattern
Base: London, the Midlands, or Scotland 3 days per week in-office Travel required across the North, Midlands, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Ireland
Key Responsibilities
Identifying board-level leadership needs and presenting high-calibre executive candidates Supporting Deal Teams with talent strategy, executive search, and management due diligence Driving leadership development and performance reviews across portfolio Boards Ensuring best practices in Talent Network operations, data management, and communications
Candidate Requirements
Extensive experience recruiting at the C-suite/Board level, including CEOs and Non-Executive Directors
