Overview

Our client, based around Central London, are looking for a Food/Health and Safety qualified EHO to carry out New Premises and Category A-D food hygiene inspections, as well as dealing with food/H&S complaints and RIDDOR investigations. Ideally an experienced EHO but would consider those with limited experience. The client is flexible with expectations and would consider those new to the field who have undertaken some local authority inspections. You are however required to be EHORB Reg/Higher Cert and hold at least 20 hours of CPDs and have completed the competency framework.

Responsibilities

• Carry out New Premises and Category A-D food hygiene inspections.
• Deal with food and health and safety complaints.
• Handle RIDDOR investigations.

Qualifications

• Food/Health and Safety qualified EHO.
• EHORB Registration/Higher Certificate.
• At least 20 hours of CPDs.
• Completed the competency framework.

Contract and Logistics

• Contract until the end of December 2025 with a potential extension.
• Location: Central London.
• Flexibility on employment type: full-time or part-time.
• Remote admin work may be possible.
• Rate: £45 per hour (Umbrella).
