Aon is currently recruiting an Executive Director to join our ACGS team in Beijing, China.

Job Description

• Take charge of business development
• Achieve budget
• Keep good relationships and generate new business opportunities from related channels
• Independently prepare insurance proposals and necessary client service
• Comply with Company policy and practice

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• 10+ years of working experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Familiar with insurance knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent in English and Mandarin
