Overview

Operations Director - Essex, Passive Fire Safety - Property Services & Commercial. Up to £120,000+ Package.

Responsibilities

  • Head up the Fire Safety division across London & South East, working with a commercial manager to ensure P&L, budgets and deadlines are met.
  • Ensure the level of service and quality is to the highest standard, along with cost control, creating CPP & programming of works and budgeting.
  • Lead a direct team that includes contract managers, supervisors and office staff.
  • Report directly to the Managing Director to ensure contracts are successful.

Candidate / Qualifications

  • Extensive building knowledge and experience managing passive fire safety works (fire door installation & fire stopping works).
  • Experience managing multiple site teams, strategically planning projects and solving problems in complex situations.
  • Good knowledge of up-to-date legislations and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to foster a strong working environment, teamwork to achieve targets, and strong relationships with clients and team members.

Benefits / Salary
